  • Yes. Architectural guidelines and deed restrictions in a master-planned community ensure that the quality of the neighborhood will be consistent. You’ll notice that the homes aren’t exactly alike, but that they all offer an attractive look from the street while fitting nicely on their homesites. With architectural guidelines and deed restrictions, you can be confident that your street, and in turn, your neighborhood, will keep its quality look – an important component of your home’s value.

  • In a master-planned community, you’ll have a ton of choices for your homesite and your home. With a wide variety of homesites available, and so many builders to choose from – each with their own designs and ability to work with you on a custom build – you’ll be able to get the home you want.

  • Generally, each offers a consistent set of design standards to assure the integrity of the community. This is perhaps the best reason to choose a master-planned community. Comprehensive planning assures consistency of the overall development and homes, landscaping, trails and neighborhood entrances. What that means is that you’ll be proud to live in a beautiful place where every neighborhood and street is designed with clean, inviting aesthetics and careful thought for the lifestyle of its residents. Communities offered by Chenal Properties each have architectural and design standards. Each neighborhood offers unique amenities and access – some include lawn service, others are gated, and some are along lakes or a golf course. And many of the neighborhoods have panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. So while there may be differences throughout the community, there is a unifying standard that protects the value of your home for years to come.

  • Most builders offer a one-year builder warranty. Refer to your real estate contract for more information.
