Our developments – Chenal Valley, Wildwood Place and Fletcher Valley in West Little Rock, and Red Oak Ridge in Hot Springs – feature a variety of reputable, experienced builders constructing homes throughout the various neighborhoods. We also welcome all licensed Arkansas home builders. Here are a few tips to help you find the right builder:
Make sure they’re reputable. Obviously, your builder must be a licensed Arkansas home builder. You can also ask around for references and see examples of other homes the builder has completed.
Know what to expect. Most often, you have the choice of a variety of spec homes for sale. These homes are either completed or in the building process and with a wide variety of builders building in our neighborhoods, you have many styles to choose from contemporary to traditional.
Don’t underestimate the value of good rapport. You and your builder will be undertaking a big, important project that requires a lot of communication and a positive working relationship. Set yourself up for a good experience!
